I don’t give glowing reviews lightly, but Tarven Energy genuinely deserve every one of these five stars. They have now completed my solar installation, and I couldn’t be happier. This wasn’t a small system—40 × 490W solar panels paired with a Tesla Powerwall 3—and the team showed exceptional knowledge, hard work and attention to detail throughout. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They stayed in constant contact, kept me informed at every stage and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I always knew what was happening and felt confident in the team carrying out the work. What really stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile. I requested a different type of pigeon protection that isn’t commonly used and is more fiddly and labour-intensive to install. Although it wasn’t something they normally supplied, they arranged everything with the supplier and fitted it without any fuss. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. As they were already digging for the electrical cable, I also asked whether they could run a LAN cable from my summer house back to the communications box in the main house. They happily helped, neatly routing it through trunking and leaving everything beautifully finished. These extra touches made a real difference and showed how much they cared about the finished job. This was an outstanding example of customer service—the kind you don’t often see these days. A hardworking, knowledgeable and professional team who take pride in their work and look after their customers. If you’re considering solar panels, I wholeheartedly recommend Tarven Energy. Jake and his team were really helpful in providing really useful advice on what would be a suitable solar system and EV charger for our house. After we had agreed to proceed the installation was very quick and professionally completed in just a couple of days. When there was an electrical issue following the installation the Tarven team were quick to come out and resolve it and made sure the system was working as expected. Tarven replaced my old GivEnergy system with a new SigEnergy battery, inverter, EV charger and failover system.  They have been utterly professional from start to finish, going above and beyond to support us.  When GivEnergy went into administration they supported us through the process giving us helpful advice and options.  For the EV charger they investigated options to fit our very specific needs and overall tailored a solution to our specifications.  Their quote was very detailed and transparent.  On the day they were polite and helpful and were even kind enough to wait and help load the old battery into the collector’s car.  They left everything immaculate. Tarven have recently installed 13 solar panels and a Sigenstor 10 battery for my house. Communication was great from start to finish and they have completed an excellent job that looks as good as it performs. Correcting problems I had panels put in by a company that was not properly registered to complete the work required..  and we were having major problems with the way the system was working, So we called in Jake and his team from TARVEN ELECTRICAL  CONTRACTS who were able to correct all of the problems and get everything running properly as they know what they were doing So now there us proper labelling, the CT sensor is properly wired and everything has been done correctly . EV Charging point All communication has been first class turned up on time and ready to crack on polite friendly and professional had to look twice to see where they have run the cable indoors it was so neatly hidden. Additional plug sockets and moving light switch Really effecient, done great job - just what was looking for.  Gave best suggestions, without being forceful of how/where could install extra sockets on a kitchen breakfast bar to be practical and still asthetical. Eletrical Panel replacement, recessed light fitting, socket installation, oven, hood and hob installation Jake did a good job throughout.  The work was completed within the promised timelines and was very reasonably priced.  Would certainly recommend him.
